I'm sorry. Yes, you're right on the money. These are the Red-tail Hawk eyasses of Isolde and Tristin. The pair built their nest in the crook of St. Andrew's elbow on the The Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, at 113th and Morningside.
The Divines were the only nesting RT pair who use Central Park for hunting that had a family last season. Both Pale Male and Lola's and Pale Male Jr. and Charlotte's nest failed in 2006. Both sets are experienced parents and looked to be doing everything perfectly, yet no young appeared.

Juvenile hawks? (It may be obvious to you, but not to me.)
